About
Based in Sydney, Waterline Training is mostly me - Richard Pester - with a few reliable and expert specialists providing their support when needed.
I transitioned from a marketing career to training from 2003 onwards, running courses in marketing for leading marketing association ADMA. This early phase also included 18 months lecturing in marketing at Macquarie University.
From 2009-2015 I was director of education and training for ADMA, building a successful training and e-learning business. In 2015 I left to set up Waterline to focus on e-learning and instructional design.
Through a range of assignments with such clients as ADMA, Life Without Barriers, Fundraising Institute of Australia and NRMA Motoring Services, I have built up an impressive range of instructional design course authoring skills, as well as managing projects such as implementing Learning Management Systems and other operational tasks.
